HANDMADE JEWELLERY UK - ETHICS & SUSTAINABILITY
ETHICS AND SUSTAINABILITY
Our jewellery is made from natural semi-precious stones, the majority of which are sourced from India and China for their unique energy, innate beauty and enduring character.
However, we acknowledge the complexities of the gemstone trade. The path from mine to designer is often long and unclear, making true traceability a challenge. This is why we are committed to small-batch crafting, building direct relationships with suppliers who share our values and supporting ethical mining that uplifts small communities.
Unlike fast-fashion’s plastic beads, we choose natural stones for their lifelong durability and for their soul. Each stone has heritage, meaning and healing associations that synthetics are unable to replicate.
True to our commitment to responsible practices and zero waste, our cycle of creation is circular. Our limited-edition collections inherently reduce overconsumption and any unsold jewellery is never discarded. Instead, it is thoughtfully deconstructed and upcycled into new pieces, ensuring nothing is wasted and ultimately adding character to the remodelled one-of-a-kind designs.
