RETURNS POLICY
We pride ourself in excellent customer service, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read below:
RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
NOTE: All orders purchased after 1st December have a 5 weeks return policy - return items must be received by 7th January.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all packaging.
We will not be responsible for pieces that are defective and damaged from misuse, lack of care,
water/sea/perfume corrosion, accidents and normal wear and tear.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

Include your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you return instructions and the return address.
Please return the item using a tracked delivery service with Royal Mail.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is agreed as faulty.
REFUNDS:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged.
RETURNS WILL BE DENIED IF:
The return is initiated after 14 days from receipt unless purchase was made in December. See NOTE above in terms.
The item shows signs of wear or use.
